Szybkie slodkosci 3 - Crumble 'na winie, czyli...

...co sie nawinie - na crumble'! Meczyla mnie chec na COS... Dobrego... Slodkiego... Tradycja bylby crumble jablkowy, rabarbarowy, sliwkowy moze, a tu guzik! W lodowce pustki, jablka ni kawalka... Nawinely sie ananasy puszkowane, gruszki, jakis marny banan... Hmmmm...

CRUMBLE 'NA WINIE'
(skladniki na okolo 3-4 porcje)
- puszka plastrow ananasa (ale moga byc kawalki - mniej roboty);- 2 gruszki - mialam twarde Williams;
- banan;
- 3-4 lyzki zachowanego soku z ananasow;
-  2-3 lyzki cukru;
- maka, cukier i maslo na wierzch - generalnie proporcja 'cukier : maka : maslo' jest jak '1 : 2 : 1', czyli '100g : 200g : 100g'; ja robie 'na oko', bo znam swoje foremki i wiem, ile mi sie zmiesci i ile potem zjadamy :), ale to juz kwestia doswiadczenia
;

Ananasa, pokrojonego na male kawalki, wrzucamy do garnuszka razem z gruszkami, sokiem i cukrem - do smaku. Gotujemy, az gruszki lekko zmiekna (moje byly bardzo twarde i zajelo to okolo 20min), a sos zgestnieje. Na ostatnich kilka minut wrzucamy banana w plasterkach.
 W miedzyczasie robimy wierzch: make, cukier i maslo rozcieramy w miseczce palcami, az zacznie przypominac konsystencja tarta bulke. Wkladamy do lodowki, niech sobie czeka na swoja kolej. Gotowe owoce przekladamy do zaroodpornego naczynia, studzimy i przykrywamy wyjetym z lodowki 'crumble'. Pieczemy w 180stC przez okolo 30min - lepiej zaczac sprawdzac po okolo 20min, co sie dzieje. Podawac w duecie z lodami waniliowymi. Mmmm.

I jeszcze lekcja historii:
''A crumble is a dish of British origin that can be made in a sweet or savoury version, depending on ingredients used. A sweet variety usually contains stewed fruit topped with a crumbly mixture of fat (usually butter), flour, and sugar. A savoury version uses meat, vegetables and a sauce for the filling, with cheese replacing sugar in the crumble mix. The crumble is baked in an oven until the topping is crisp. The dessert variety is often served with custardcream or ice cream as a hearty, warm dessert after a meal. The savoury variety can be served along with accompanying vegetables.
Popular fruits used in crumbles include appleblackberrypeachrhubarbgooseberry, and plum. The topping may also include rolled oats, ground almonds or other nuts, and sometimes sour milk (e.g. vinegar and milk) is added to give the crumble a more extravagant taste. Brown sugar is often sprinkled over the crumble topping, which caramelises slightly when the pudding is baked. In some recipes the topping is made from broken biscuits (cookies in American English) or even breakfas cereals, but this is not traditional.
Crumbles originated in Britain during World War II. Due to strict rationing the ingredients required to make the bases of piescontained too much of the necessary flour, fat and sugar to make the pastry. So a simple mixture of flour, margarine and sugar was used to make the top of the crumble. The dish was also popular due to its simplicity.
In some parts of America a very similar dish may be called a crisp. It is also similar to a fruit cobbler (popular in the USA), although the topping for a cobbler is generally smoother and less crumbly.''

Ooo, cobbler tez kiedys robilam i dobry jest! Moze jeszcze dam mu szanse i go opisze. I rzeczywiscie to jest chyba najszybsze mozliwe ciasto. Ja zawsze wstawiam je do piekarnika kiedy zaczynam podawac obiad i jest gotowe w sam raz na deser i do kawuni poobiedniej.
